In Orange County, NY.  Got a call at 10:01am and after 3 rings it stopped.  Caller ID said State Troop.  They left no message.  Irratating since the first reaction is that something is wrong.

Called and someone was on the line - finally they hung up.  We have been getting many calls from multiple sources - asking for someone else or a computer activated call asking for someone else.  Sunday at noon the call was received.

I received a call from this number and the ID State Troop (814)339-9708 3 1246 HRS THIS DATE. The phon only rang twice and hung up. I am on the Don't call reg. and I still get these calls. I dont even live in the Westchester area! and I called back that phone number and the voice mail voiuce said the mail box was full

This number called me twice today. I am sure 914 339 9708 is a scam. Mine also said Yonkers NY on my caller ID and I live in Oswego County NY. Wish these freaking calls would stop!
