Same issues here in clay, ny over the last month several calls. This last time I answered took a while and I could hear someone on the line. Kinda creeps me out.

Same issues here in clay, ny over the last month several calls. This last time I answered took a while and I could hear someone on the line. Kinda creeps me out.

I'm in Fulton, NY and have been receiving this call for the past week now. Not every day, but I've had them call at least 3 times. I picked up the first time, said "Hello", and heard nothing for a few seconds so I hung up. They've called back and I haven't answered. The caller ID says "Yonkers".

I've received multiple calls every day for a week now. I too live in Osewgo County NY. I don't answer the phone unless it's a number or company I recognize.  These jerks never leave a message on the answering machine.  Finally did a reverse phone number search it's a cell phone # from Westchester NY.

I live upstate NY and have has several of these calls this week.  I called the number back twice and got a fast busy signal.  I am  reporting the number to the phone company as suspicious and would encourage others to do the same.
