In Orange County, NY.  Got a call at 10:01am and after 3 rings it stopped.  Caller ID said State Troop.  They left no message.  Irratating since the first reaction is that something is wrong.

We have gotten several calls.  We too did not pick up.  Don't know anyone from Yonkers.  Called the number back as it had just flashed up on the television.  Said the box was full.  
The phone woke me up after being up all night and was just falling to sleep.  To say I am pissed is an understatement.

IT IS NOT STATE TROOPERS OR STATE POLICE. NOT A POLICE FORCE AT ALL INFACT. its a private investigator surveying your house on the nights he calls he wanders around your property trying to see if he can get anyone violating their insurance such as disability. if you are not one of these people then he could be investigating another matter. but BE ALARMED HE HAS BEEN IN A PHYSICAL ALTERCATION WITH A BUDDY OF MINE. he was creeping around the property and was caught when my buddy went to call the police he hit him and ran back to his van. WHITE WORK VAN.
