In Orange County, NY.  Got a call at 9:15 in the am - two rings and then nothing.  I looked at the caller ID and it said State Trooper and the number was 914-339-9708.  I called the number and the recording said the mail box had not been set up.  Reallly scary as I have family in the 914 area code and I was envisioning some kind of accident.  Plan on calling the telephone company Monday morning.

In Orange County, NY.  Got a call at 10:01am and after 3 rings it stopped.  Caller ID said State Troop.  They left no message.  Irratating since the first reaction is that something is wrong.

CALLED ID: STATE TROOP  - 914 339 9708 _ NO MESSAGE 9:35am 12/1/12  - Could easily be misconstrued as NY STATE POLICE  -  NOT GOOD

Call received about 8:36 PM.12/3/12. 3 rings, picked up, no one there. Caller ID read STATE TROOP, similar to other reports I have read. Obviously NOT NY State Police.

Got call from (914) 339-9708 around 8:45PM, caller ID said Yonkers, NY.
I did not pick up, they didn't leave a msg.
