Phone Number Report: i called the number back and finally someone by the name of mrs harris answered and she hung up on me called again and spoke to someone by the name of tony reid, he said that i owe 310.00 from quickest cash advance an internet loan company which i have paid them 1/2 the loan and i should be owing $150 or less and they are saying to me that i do not have a payment plan with them anymore i owe them $310.00 i said i'm not paying you that, he said okay well i take your word and i can give you a settlement for 233.00 right now i said no, i will call them and find out why i owe you guys more than what my balance was when i have already paid them over $130.00. he said that is fine but we will have to come to your job and get the money ourselves . i said you can't come up here and if you do decide to come up here you will not get no money from me. he said mam you only owe 310.00 we can settle now for 233.00 i said no i don't owe you nothing .and he said good luck and hung up on my face

I was also contacted, they let me know about a bank transaction that was not cleared.  I told them I was on ssi and couldnt be garnished.  This was filed and since there are new laws concerning this, ssi was notified about this matter and I lost my benefits.  I am having to pay for all of the filling fees as well and pay back my benefits to ssi for a year.

That's what happened to me. I came home from work and had 4 messages left on my machine, all very bullish stating that they needed to hear from me by 2:00 p.m. today to avoid legal action, then by 4:00 on the second message. The third said if they didn't hear from me by 5:00 legal action couldn't be avoided, then the last message simply said "I'm leaving the office now and haven't heard from you, you were warned, good luck. I have no idea what this is in reference to, and honestly do they really think that I have the time or ability to check my machine from work? This is rediculous. If this is a collection agency they aren't very realistic, or effective.

I just got out of jail. They filed the outstanding balance and the came to my house to get me! Oficial letter or not they are within the legal structure they stated they where. I did'nt believe it either.. Man, I wonder why the pay day places don't tell you how severe this is..

But what state are you in????Thats crazy because if you look under Rip Report this company is under that web site..saying that you cant be threaten by those remarks
