someone named robert anthony called me on a friday and said that a case had been filed against me in my county and he had a certain amount of time to advise me of my rights and get my statement and at the end of the call said "good luck".  I didn't call back.  again he called me on today and advised me he was not going to call me anymore and at the end of this call also stated "good luck".  Someone needs to look into this for all of us getting these calls.  I have received no letter in the mail or anything before these calls started.

I received a call from H and P Capital concerning some checks from a couple of payday loan companies that I was not able to pay on time.  They called and told me that these clients were wanting to file legally against me and I ignored them.  They gave me an option to pay and I didn't.  A couple of days later I got served with papers and had to go to court.  I ended up paying 3 times the amount of the checks, the court costs, and attorney fees.  If they call you, you better listen to them!  They are not collectors.  They are telling the truth.

i received a called this morning  from the same guy. i did return his call after hearing his rude message but i didn't get to speak to him. but i'm quite sure he will be calling by tommorrow. i'm glad i did a search on this company because i didn't what was going on. i'll be honest, i was a little shooken up by that phone call. i will pay what i owe but i rather make my payment to my local company not to them.by the way at the end he also stated "good luck".

Phone Number Report: Caller asked for me but co-worker put into voicemail. left message stating that they had a file on me from the ciy of paramount , but that i needed to call back today on what will be taken place and also what action against me , for 1 i only have 2 debts and which ever company they are supposedly calling from i'm already paying them in payment , which makes no sense to me , but that asked me to call 904-672-1023 ext 239 and i called several times from a blocked number and no answer , the phone just rings and rings and rings.. and they said it is in my best interest that i call and said good luck !!!when they disconnected.. i'm not going to worry about it, though the last few comments below a woman said she was served with papers, that might be another story... she probably had legal issues against her ... so i'm not going to worry about it.. i know what i have in debt and don't have
