I've received a call today from Mr Spencer Gray from H&P Capital. Telling me of a debt that I owe and that I have to pay it off by 7:pm today. I told him that I don't have any money right now. Then he told me that I better do what I have to pay it off or legal action would be taken. Then later I received another call from another person telling me that I don't understand the severity of this matter. He told me that I should call everyone that I know to raise the money. Then he said good luck and hung up. I'm a little glad that I googled them first.

I received a call from H&P Capital on my cell phone, asking for someone who was not me. I told them they had the wrong number. They asked again. I replied YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. The guy on the line said YOU ARE VERY RUDE and hung up on me. I called the number back and told his supervisor how rude his employee was, and he told me that yes, I WAS RUDE and that his employee was the victim. HUH???

Received a call on my cell from Angela Short @ 904-672-1026 x 236 with the
Processing Center of H&P Capital. Stated they were looking for a friend of mine and I was listed as a authorized contact.????? What??? I told them i knew the person and would pass the info along but not to call my CELL again, that I work during the day. We will see. I can say she was not rude maybe someone with a little bit of ethics.

I received many calls from this company first from Tom Johnson then Ryan Drake and also a very rude John Louis.. They advised I owed them $700.00 and I had a one time exception to pay right then and there on the phone or they will'come GET me at my house or job' These people should get what they deserve !!!!!! where is the FBI when you need them?

I received the same messages.  Or should I say threats.  I asked them to put everything in wiritng and that I was contacting the California Atorney Generals office.  The lady hung up on me.  Today I got a call from Mr. Eric Lloyd.  I called back and got his voice mail.  I told him I did not appreceiate the threats and to send everything in wiritng, and I would no longer be communicating with them by any other means than writing.  I'll keep you posted with what happens next.
