hello i am reading all of these complaints and i agree someone has to stop these poeple i think there is something wrong here i spoke with tom johnson he told me that i have until 10 am then next day to pay $680 for a payday loan that i had i asked him is that jail or court he said legal fees that will be alot of money then i tried to ask him what other options i have then he said thank you goodbye and hang up i tried calling back to see why did he hang up on me and no one answered so i kept trying and i got someone from processing i explained to him what was going on he said i would have to talk with tom i told him that the woman i spoke with said that i can pay it in one week then he said not in this office i have to approved i said that i cant pay until i have the money he started to get rude with me when i asked for a case # he got mad and said you should have it and i said no one gave it to me then he gave me a ref# it took him a while to give me that then i asked for the company name and he said didnt you get it from the answering machine mam you called my office 7 times. i think that they are bogus and scare people into paying so they can get their money i am going to try my hardest to get these people i am going to call the better business bureau and get advice from police dep and file a report on it is called rip off report when i got on the website there was already one complaint on there about this tom johnson.

i called them back because one of the woman from that office called my sisters house and told her it was about a complaint from someone in their office so i got scared i called and spoke with the same woman she said that i had until 10 am the next day to pay $680 or they will file against me i asked is it court or jail she put me on hold then tom johnson got on and said that if i did not pay they will file i told him that i dont have the money he said borrow from friends or family i said nobody has that kind of money he said so we should go ahead and file i was getting ready to ask what other options i have he said have your lawyer call me thank you and hung up this man is the most arrogant man i have ever met he has a very nasty attitude not proffenssional at all i am going to make sure this man does not get away with this anymore.

these people keep calling me too and aren't nice at all.  Can someone please go to Jacksonville and close them down!!  This is ridiculous them calling my friends and stuff!! It has to stop!! They have called me 3 times this week and two of my friends.  I have tried talking to them before and they won't talk nice at all and hang up..
