Thanks for posting your calls, we got the message this a.m. with the same type of message.  Idiots.

Just recieved a voice mail saying that we are in a legal matter ; that I have a restraining order and the I had 24-48 hours to respond to call that I have to appear in court. Tried calling back but all I got was a bunch of mailboxes that were full. Don't know what this is all about ..

I did not answer because I do not know anyone in Camden, NJ.  Robotic voice uttered my name then it
went to the same spiel: "You have been named a party in the court case #___ ____ ____".  "You and your attorney have 24-48 hrs. to respond to this legal matter, etc.".  Anybody who is suing me would not go through an automated robo call to harass me on a weekday morning before 9 AM.  This is not the first time this message has been left on my voicemail so whatever happened to the first "24-48 hrs." I had 3 months ago?  Debt collectors are the lowest scum on the Earth.  I have never had any type of account with HSBC.  This organization buys debts from companies who have long ago charged off the matter.

Can we not get these people to stop this insanity.  I get these calls at least twice a week, always from a different number.  Funny thing is, I only owe once company money, and these people are not that company.  I just wish they would stop harassing people.

I got one 30 mins ago. same story, luckily I work for a security company that deals with this type of fraud and other malicious social engineering tactics.
I hope someone comes to my door to try and deliver some papers I will have a surprise for them and I don't think they will actually hand me the "papers" after that.
