I too just got a call from these ppl.  I called the number back and received a message that the number is no longer in service. As the message did not repeat the phone number like most of those types of messages do, I called back to be sure.  Again, said it was out of service.  Hopefully this is the end of it, however if I get another call, I'll repost.

I received the same message on my answering machine yesterday, claiming there was a restraining order
and complaint against me and gave me a file number from this number left on my answering machine.

I called the police, and was told that it was a scam of sorts.   However for the past 5 or 6 months, I have
received several calls from a woman that goes on and on in a voice tone that is agitated, and a man with
an accent that has told me he is ging to see me soon.  

Reporting it to police.

I have been getting calls every other day from these numbskulls for about a month. Just now they called at 8:15 in the morning.

As I don't pick up unknown calls, I have not spoken to them. They do not leave any message, either. Just keep calling and calling.

Added to my block list.

Seems this number is back, but I guess they aren't leaving messages this time.
