a guy named angel billy or w.e called at 5:30pm today and asked for my mom and i said she's not hear at the moment, and tells me well, we are concerned about you dept of something like that and i said ok...so i wrote down the person's name and number...the number they gave me was 1 800 355 0103....these ppl just never stop calling!!! b4 this guy called the number was 609-209-3170...i picked up the person hung up like a [***] these ppl should go 2 hell. called the ppl from private and this lady answered and said law office how can i help u.....who picks up the phone and says law office....if your gonna do something like that at least do it right...

For anyone who is being bothered by with fraudulent claims from a Collections Agency or Lawyer- go look up the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Faid Debt Collections Act- they are the law and will give you guidance in how to proceed with harassment form these people.

This is what i do:  when the caller ID gives a different area code than my area code, I answer the phone.  When they ask for Boo, I say, "I'm sorry, you got the wrong number."  They usually ask 'is this (insert your phone number here)'.  Then I say simply, 'yes.'  Then they ask, 'but Boo Radley doesn't live there?'  And I say, 'no.'  And they say, 'sorry.' And hang up.

Sometimes though, when it is not my area code, I just answer, and when they ask for Boo Radley, I say,  'sorry, you have the wrong number', and then I hang up the phone without waiting for any further questions/comments.

No way am I going to get my blood pressure up over their calls.  They can' t talk crap to you if you hang up the phone.  Yay!

Received an answering machine message from a "Angela Hart" requesting that I call her at attorney Lawrence Heckler's office at 800-355-0123. They simply asked for me by name and left a ref number and not other info.  I called back.  The lady who answered the did not even let me finish my first sentence. As soon as I mentioned Ms Hart's name, I was transfered without comment.  I was transfered to man who answered "Miss Harts office". He was looking for information about my ex-wife that I have not seen, spoken to, or   even heard about in 10 years.  He was fairly polite and said that he would remove me from the call list. That was all. I am sure he is being nice hoping that I would provide more info. He was nice enough to almost make me wish I had some. What a mind-job.

Holly sommers called me today at work. Before that Someone else from that office has been calling me. They say they are looking for a person who has the same first name as I have but a different last name. I have repeatedly told them I am not the person they are looking for but they keep calling my home and my job. I called their office for their address.
They would not give it to me. It is annoying and fustrating to have these people keep calling and I am not the person they are looking for
