I received a postcard in the mail today and was outraged.  As a marketing professional for a large financial services company, I am infuriated that an organziation would use scare tactics and intimidation to solicit business. I've found out that Julie works for this company http://coachingbypeter.com/.  Peter actually answered the phone, admitted that she worked for him and and was completely numb to my complaint.  He said that he would take my name off the list which is doubtful.

I received one today, I have a friend that is a Realtor I am going to give it to her. Knowing her she his going to look into it.

i picked one from my mailbox today, 7/11/15. This is a white card. My heart was palpitating as I drove home from the PO wondering what had happened. The property has a manager and I was not contacted about any issue. So, on getting home, I decided to google Julie Hicks first and landed on this site. Thanks a bunch, good people for allaying my fears. I'm just a single mother struggling to survive with so much in my plate and didn't need any hassle. Will return to sender. Peace to you all.

Oh, dear.  It looks like Julie has moved to Ponte Vedra FL and is working from a UPS store at 101 Marketside Avenue.  We just got one of these scam postcards, too.  The phone number she's using now is 904-337-4973.  Have to admit she's dedicated... the last line on the postcard says... "all you have to do is call me at 904-337-4973 to listen to my pre-recorded message about this matter.  Call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to listen to my message."

I just got one with a [***], GA address. Same thing! Third notice, never got the fist two, that probably don't exist. What tickles me is she 'tried for hours on the Internet to find my phone#. It took me all of 10 seconds to find her.
