You may be right about a camper. From reading many of these notes, it seems Julie Hicks gets around. I got one of these obvious scam cards in the mail today (July 31, 2015) and the address is 101 Marketside Ave, STE 404-413, Ponte Vedra, Florida. The phone number was 904-337-4973. Scammers do keep on the move to keep from being caught. This may, however, be some larger real estate investment firm, that uses a fictional character named Julie Hicks and nefarious tactics to get people to call. They undoubtedly, as some have suggested, are hoping that among all the people who do call, that there will be someone desperate or dumb enough to sell their homes at rock bottom prices. In any case, scare tactics apparently work on some people. The American people are scammed out of BILLIONS of dollars every year by these con artists, which tells you they have no fear of being caught and punished. The few stories we do hear on the news of scammers being caught are but a drop in the bucket to the growing masses of lazy, immoral [***] that feel they are entitled to live off the hard earned money of honest, hardworking people. We get little or no protection from our government either, because the problem is too massive and the agencies that do handle fraud simply don't have enough personnel. We honest people will just have to be on our toes and help keep each other informed. Thank you to all who took the time to post this information on 800Notes. .
