Oh my goodness! I just received one of these. I called the number! I asked her to call me. We own a rental property.  I thought something was really wrong! Her address is staing Myrtle beach I will check this out!     Same here no tax due insurance paid no mortgage.         Wrong person messed with now!

I called the julie hicks number her address now states Myrtle Beach ,,,,Bogus address. Her voice recording sounds like maybe coming from a Parked camper.  She does not sound like a professional business woman at all. I will try to get to the bottom of this . This type of scare tactic third notice junk is ridiculous . It gives legitimate business people a bad name. If her business was legit there would be a business address someone could reach . Julie Hicks if you are reading this you should be careful with your want to be a marketing guru.  You might just scare  some wrong people and they will press charges oagainst you for mail fraud along with false marketing. If there. Are real estate agents out there paying you to get names of people who own second and third homes to see if they will call, shame on them.  Marketing is fun if you know what you are doing. I agree with you 100percent. It looks like the person receiving the post card has done something wrong  she now has a Myrtle Beach SC aDdress . I am going to the post office tomorrow.  She even had the wrong address of our rental property   Please !  Her voice mail on the phone number is not the voice of a professional woman at all.    I am not to happy about her post card. If people. like this are able to get information like this , they possibly could retrieve other information as well. Never want information in a want to be marketing gurus hands Just plain back woods uneducated  individuals  trying to come up with the perfect marketing plan.
