I keep getting a call from Mr Mark Jones, he'll never say who he's with or what he wants just that the person he's calling for gave me as a reference.  When I ask ' reference for what?" he just wants to know if I know this person.  I tell him to stop calling and he claims its his first call, every time.   I don't know if its a collection agency or not I just know they are fishing for information and try to hide as much about themselves as they can.  Which tells me whatever it is they are up to no good.

Collection agencies try to be tricky in that manner and they WILL take you to court after sneaking your information. DO B CAREFUL!

THIS IS A COLLECTION AGENCY.  ASK THE COMPANY NAME AND THEY WILL TELL YOU. ASK WHAT THE CALL IS ABOUT AND IF THEY KNOW THE CALL IS FOR YOU, THEY WILL TELL YOU.  UNTIL THEY KNOW IT'S ABOUT YOU, THEY CAN NOT PER LAW..IF IT WAS YOUR BILL AND YOUR FRIEND TOOK THE CALL WOULD YOU WANT THEM TO TELL YOUR FRIENDS YOU DONT PAY YOUR BILLS?  NOT LEGAL FOLKS.   STOP BEING SUCH WIMPS ABOUT A SILLY PHONE CONVERSATION.  CALL FROM A PAY PHONE IF YOUR THAT WORRIED ABOUT THEM "TRACKING" YOU.    JUST DEAL WITH YOUR BUSINESS AND THE CALLS WILL STOP.
