Laws protecting those called prevent these people from leaving details on machines.  Including the name of the company and purpose of call.  Your privacy is being protected as they have no way of knowing who will hear your

You people are really stupid. All of you who are being called either owe a university tuition or a federal perkins loan. You obviously did not pay your bill when you left school and you are on this blog talking about the people that are calling you being stupid. Call them back retard and see who you owe.
