My telephone number is on a "no call" list. Why do they keep calling me? How can I find out for sure who is calling me from this number?

This is a legitimate business working for Universities nationwide. If your receiving a call you should be able to confirm it's legitimacy with your former University.

"No Call" lists are only good for phone solicitors selling things. Not for legitimate business calls about your past due bills.
