Recorded msg re:lowering credit card interest rates.  Repeated calls. I am on the Nat'l Do Not Call list.  Who ARE these pests?

I am also on the National DNC list, I didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number.  
Why is there no way to report numbers calling people on the National DNC list even though we don't have name of company?

Called here 5/27  3pm (PDT) No message left.

Another telemarketer with a credit card scam!I am on the national no-call list,but that makes no difference to these low lifes that possess the same DNA as pond scum!! The State Attornys General should co-ordinate their efforts with the Federal Attorney General and crack down hard on these criminals!!!

called 3:52 nobody on line.  Hung up and googled the number.
