automated caller in regards to credit cards- I only have one and they weren't calling me

Automated caller.  Pressed 9 to "lower my interest rates" according to them.  Talked to the guy long enough to find out the name of the company is supposedly "One Source".  Read him the riot act.  Have been on the do not call list for years.  Why were they allowed to call me?  The problem with not answering is that they keep calling.  Once I make contact the calls seem to stop.

Got a call from the same number except they said they were with cardmember services.  They said they had a website http://www.interestrate.net/.  This website is a joke.  I think they were trying to get my credit card number.  They acted like if you give them your number they will then tell you how to get a lower rate.  They finally hung up after not liking being questioned.

got a call from 305-000-4656. I screen my calls with my caller ID so I didn't answer and naturally they didn't leave a message. I am also on the national Do Not Call list.

6/2/09 left message with "buzz" about one second long.
