Same message with broken English, asked to repeat and he said F***U and hung up. Hopefully won't try again.

I too rec'd a call from this idiot....numerous times.  Just blocked the number.  Until it becomes possible to reach through the phone and grab them by the throat, this is the only thing you can do.
