again claim to be calling from DC Federal Trade Grants dept has all our info ...  and the end asked for our bank info or cc# to transfer an amt of $7849 granted to us ... the number they use is actual the number they to continue tracking the same person

Call stating that they wanted my banking information to deposit $7,000 from a government grant, that I have been chosen to receive. I asked her to send me an email with all the information included and she said WHAT WELL YOU DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND I AM NOT SENDING A EMAIL. I TOLD YOU I NEEDED YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD INFO.

Just got off the phone from these people stating a 7000.00 grant on either a debit card or my bank account.  Then I had to immediately call  202-738-4272  and speak with a Sam Martin, give him some reference code to transfer the $$ but first I needed to do a refundable deposit of $275.00.   [***]   Told him I would report them to the Attny General and he hung up on me.    Stupid Idiots

I have received three calls from this number in the last 24 hours, but I didn't answer it.

I keep getting these same calls and I haven't answered them either ... I tried to call it back and it is a disconnected number, so how are they calling from it. Yes, a total scam indeed
