I'm already on the "do not call" list....didn't stop them from making the call.

File a report with the FTC...I have one pending and I will be adding to that report.  The FTC guy suggested telling them that I work for the FTC and I have their number traced.
The guy today was a total creeper; when I told him he was being recorded so I can file a report, he said he was recording me too. When he said he was calling from the STATE of Washington D.C., I said, "honey, that's not a state." Throughout the rest of the call (I did mess with him pretty bad) he called me honey and when I told him to take me of the list, (I ask every time and they say they will) this guy said, "no, and I'll call you again first thing in the morning, honey."

Again, file a report. Google FTC; it guides you thru the process. I recommend calling instead of an online report. They seem to take it more seriously. Report every number they call you from (it's always different.)

Los Angeles Area...and when I finally picked up it was a guy that sounded Indian. He said something about a government grant from dc? Then he kept on asking for my card number. Like no ._.
