I just bought a car in September from a dealership that told me the first bank i signed papers for ended up denying my loan and had me sign loan papers for a second bank (whom I am Paying early and extra).  Now i am receiving collection calls from this company.  The dealership got paid twice for the same car and I am being held accountable for it???????  Good thing I have pre-paid legal!!!!!!!!!!!

HELLOOOOOO....ITS TAKEN YOU 2 YEARS TO REPLY TO THE ORIGINAL MESSAGE???  DUH!!!  BY THE WAY........LEARN HOW TO SPELL...."BARROWED"????  SOUNDS LIKE YOU WORK FOR THE COMPANY! HOPE YOU GET A PAY RAISE SO YOU CAN GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND LEARN TO SPELL!!

I get so many call from this number different hours of the day and night
I am so tried of them calling. They left a message for me to call back at this number...877-968-2735 like I'm going to...NOT.....Does any one know how I can block their number, oh by the way they call my home and my cellphone. Thanks!

Guess what if you own money to a company then they are going to keep calling you.

Bad advice on making a deal with the collection company...

If you settle for 25 cents on the dollar.. they now by law have to file with the IRS.. you now owe the IRS income tax on the gifted 75%.. The collection firm doesn't have a leg to stand on.. and you wont either after the IRS rip's yours plumb off your body !!
