Guys called two days in a row saying he's from "GPS". Caller ID says "SMS". Very Rude guy named "Tony Russo". Claims he's returning the owners call. I asked for a return number. blah, blah, blah. Wicked rude. He actually called back to tell me I was rude. I called the Caller ID number and He answered "Client Services" and then told me there is no one there by the name Tony Russo and there is no phone directory unless you know his extension. Pain in my you know what...

He's getting better, "Tony Russo", lies to try to get past the switch board.   He couldnt answer succinctly the reason for his call.  Ties up the front phone which is trying to field legitimate calls.

Beware of Tony Russo. That is not his real name.  His real name is Andrew Decker.  He works for SMS-NA, LLC, part of the family of companies at International Services, Inc (formerly known as International Profit Associates).  Google IPA, SMS, GPS, ROI and you will have the whole story ... sexual harrassament lawsuit, Attorney General Lisa Madigan's lawsuit, etc.
