I get the robocall--when I try to pick up to tell them to stop calling, it doesn't work.  I even called the number they said to call, and there was no answer.  Like a lot of you, my caller was "Kevin Mason" and he mentioned a "magistrate."  I have already almost been scammed in a similar way, so this makes me get an adrenaline rush, and I want to talk to this guy and say what a jerk he is!!
I re-signed up for the government no-call list, so maybe that will help for the future.
Does anyone know if there's some way that we're being scammed just by being called, and especially if we call the number??  I thought it was weird that no one answered when I called them!

Called twice within a hour, telling me they were from the US Treasury and that I would have to appear before a magistrate if I didn't contact them.  I've read about these calls and have no reason to call them back.  A call back was the only way they could help me.

What do they want?  What do they hope to get??

Called twice from 6467594938.  Low level scam stuff.  Asked to call back at 9725877429.  Should just put an interesting ad on Craiglist with that number.
