Number called me twice and left a prerecorded message about some trouble I am supposed to be in with the Treasury Dept which is Not true of course but Im supposed to go before a Magistrate.........NOT. If I was in trouble with the Government or whatever Im not gonna be receiving a phone call Im sure the sheriff's office would be showing up at my door.

Called three times today.  Left a voicemail that I had committed a crime against the US Treasury and threatened me with jail time.  I changed the blocking from voicemail to hangup.

Caller identified himself as Daniel Rich

Said that a warrant was going to be issued immediately for my arrest re back taxes.  When I told him that I had a payment arrangement with the IRS & that he should talk to my tax attorney he stated that my tax attorney would not be able to help me, but that I should retain a criminal lawyer.  He also said that if I hung up it would go straight to the Marshal's office.

He also referenced a Michael Sinclair as the Hearing Officer I would appear before

Like others above, he called my work number 3 times within 4 hrs. but at first would not leave a message, but later when I kept saying "hello, hello' he gave me the above spiel about having me arrested.

Please do something to get rid of these bums

called 3 times in 3 hours claiming to be Kevin Mason & I was in trouble with the US Treasury. I keep hanging up & they call again.
