Got a call and no one said anything. Just hung up.

Dead air / dropped call. When you call back, there's a recording saying "Sorry we missed your call. Please leave your number so we can call you back."
Seems like a scam attempt. Anyone find out who these jokers are?

FoneFInder.net ID'ed the service provider as Level3 Communications,

but Level3 punts ownership & claims it was transferred to "RCLEC". That appears to be RingCentral, which I've encountered before. Anyone have any luck cracking their customer disservice?
