Only listened to a short portion of the recorded message. Amazingly, I heard something about a "collect call from an inmate..." at which point I hung up and immediately blocked. REceived on my cell phone.

I received a call from this number about 2:30 am on 4/27/17 saying it was a collect call from an inmate and mentioned the Glendale city jail. It said I had to dial *67 or a number or something like that and set up an account to receive a collect call on my cell. I didn't get much of the recording. I called the Glendale city jail directly and asked them and they verified that she had indeed been arrested this morning and been trying to make a few calls.
