I just recieved a call from this number and the caller ID said Doll Nursery. So I picked it up and was about to tell the caller that I have someone taking care of my lawn. A recording began saying how they could lower my interest rate. Is this not illegel?

I just received the call from "Dollnursery"(my caller ID showed this way). I did not pick up the phone, though... no message left
