Yes this happened to me also

I received a missed call from that number on my mobile phone here in San Francisco, California.

I got a call from this number I do not recognize. I tried to call back and the out of service or busy tone kept signaling instead of a ring. If this is a scam then I would love to have my number permanantly removed.

Also I will not make a big deal out of this if they stop calling me. Thanks.

Just got a call from this number as well. Mr. Number app works great for blocking unwanted callers.
