There needs to be a federal oversight agency to hunt them down, skin them, dip them in acid (feet first, slowly) and burn the remains in front of the rest of them--then move on to the next guy in the line.  "Rachel" and her cronies scammed over $60,000 out of my friend's mother!  They didn't shoot her, beat her up for her purse, but they killed her with the stress and shame and fear and sickening feeling of "nice old lady, but too stupid for words"  

There is a hell. It would be a good idea to send them halfway there, revive them, and then flog them to work off their debts.

Blocking is no use. They're ahead of the curve with the FCC, FTC and anything government. It would be like trying to rid the world of the common cockroach!  What we need is a strong law against this, and to dedicate Homeland Security and the NSA to eradicating them. That might actually slow down the terrorists, especially if the heads are stuck on poles and birds pick at them.

Don't get mad, get even.  Tell them they reached the porn line and then give them all the gory details.  Let them know you charged $29.99 per minute to their phone and watch them panic or hang up.  Screw with the dirty b_ _ turds and have some fun while your at it.  LOL

Why don't we find out what phone companies they use and sue the [***] out of each company.  That will quit it quick

Repeated calls from this number with no message.   A return call goes to an 'out of service' number.  How can that be?
