Keeps calling no message left

The URL Web site showing the phone number 952-881-1100 is as follows -->

Page shows COURAGE KENNY REHABILITATION INSTITUTE, and its
Address is displayed as -->  3915 Golden Valley Road, Minneapolis MN
55422 . . . but that may actually be in the city of Golden Valley MN.
The URL Home Page also shows that they are affiliated with the Alina
Health system  --> and, thus, appears to be an authentic charitable
organization.

To get these stopped, get yourself an inline call blocker unit.  You can have a blacklist and a whitelist of callers.  Since the phone companies and the Do Not Call list are jokes or extremely unhelpful, this is your best bet.  I have mine set up and it works brilliantly.  Take control of your privacy and don't rely on others to do it for you, because they won't!
