Got call from this number and they left no message, I do not pick up cell calls I don't recognize. I called the number back from a landline (at work) and a gentleman answered, "Thank you for calling me back, this is Ray Frac from the Fraternal Order of Police." I cut him off and told him a) you are calling a business and b)we aren't donating anything this year and c)take us off your list, he hung up before I completed "c".

Called my cell phone.  No one there when I answered,

Called and was silent then hung up like others said

Update: I calked back obvious prerecording pretending to be a person saying "thank you so much for calling me back" "you there" "goodbye" you can tell its a recording and not a person definitely a scam

called my work cell... I did not pick up   no voice mail.... blocking the number as we speak
