It's 'Heather' with the Auto Warranty department.  You're auto warranty is about to expire or has already expired.  It's the scam trying to get you to say 'Yes'.  I said everything but 'Yes'.  They hung up.  Number is no blocked.

Received a call, two rings and a hang up.  I called the number back and a recording answered "HI I'M LISA and I have a gift card for you.   No thank you Lisa, have a good day.

I get one call from this number every morning at 9:30.  The first couple of times no one there and no messages.  This time they wanted to sell me a lower credit card....SCAM and my cell is on Do Not call list
