Called 8:40am; Caller ID: "SURVEY".
Didn't pick up; VM left:  pre-recorded female voice with the familiar "we can reduce your credit card charges" pitch.
Another nuisance telescammer-- blocked immediately to avoid another pre-9am call!

SCAM  last chance to lower interest rate to 6.9% on credit card.  Report to FTC - its the same scam as Rachel was, just a different voice.

Called back this number and recording said "Hi, this is Lisa.  We have a $100 rebate available for you at popular stores....".   By the looks of other complaints, they must recycle this number for lots of different scams.
