I just received a call from this number and it said my full name and that I had an appointment at 11:20 in Mass. I live in OR. no way I have an appointment. When I called it back the mail box was full.

It is a legitimate number.....as others have said, it is a service your doctor can use for appointment reminders.
If they keep calling you and you have no appointments, then perhaps they have the wrong number.
