Calls several times a day and hangs up. This is a business they are calling. I don't have time for all these calls and hang ups.  I called the # back and it says its Lowes. Finally got a Indian girl to answer but then she acted like she couldn't hear me so I wasn't able to speak my mind.

call came from 937-534-2140 asking to return call to 800-568-0156.  Recording from Lowes asking for account number for payment.
Yep , Indian .  Make sure you don't say "YES"  probably some scam.

This number called six times yesterday.  When I answer I hear no one.  Called again this morning at 9 ET.  Very annoying!

I do not know these people and they call me at 8:14AM almost every morning.  Why?

This number is calling my Google voice phone number, only number I have that is not on the national do not call list, caller doesn't leave a message. I see some here are saying it is Lowe's, I doubt it! Most likely an automated dialer with some scam trying to get money from unsuspecting people, I have no credit cards and no other in store cards, similar to a Lowe's card.
