This is a Synchrony Bank number.  They're hiding their name so the unsuspecting pick up.  They called at 8:23 AM and were informed to not call again at that hour.  They are only allowed to call after 1 PM and use a number that is not spoofed or hidden.  Now we'll see if they comply.

Called here at 8:29am they have called soo many times I finally answered and took forever to actually speak. They asked for mr jackson which is not my name and i said no. You could hear tons of people in backround. He had an indian accent. I told him he was not allowed to call that early and hung up

It is Lowes calling because I haven't paid my credit card this month :o better get on that. They've already called 2 times today, once at 8:30 and at 10:30. No voicemail. Very sneaky. They even called my fiancé after they called me, how the heck did they get his number?

They have called everyday around 8 am even Sat.  and Sun.  Do not leave a voicemail,  I don't know why they are calling me,  I have no debts that are behind or a Lowes card as some have stated the call is from.  I put them on my blocked call list but they obviously are still calling.
