Your probably asking your self ... Well how... Tit for tat people. They will get tons of calls meaning they will be bogged down trying to block calls on their end it will prevent them from making out going calls

Plus it will Pissed them off.

Phone # still works as of Nov. 19.  This fraudster answers "U.S. Treasury"  Scam/fraud.

Call from 937-249-9069.  First part of vmail missing but goes on to say, "action executed by the United States treasury and needing your serious attention. Knowing this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 937-249-9069. I repeat it's 937-249-9069. I advice you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you."   I've gotten these exact same message before.  They always hang up on me when I ask for their name and badge #.  I don't even know if the Treasury Dept has badge #s, but since the IRS does, I just assume.
