called something about something like a federal offense if i ignore their call

This person said he was mr gray and it was the us treasury and ignoring the call would be an offense and I have to appear before a masgistrate or federal judge. I think this is a local scammer: beware.

How, well let me tell you , I am going to post adds for things to sell, rooms/houses/apartments for rent.... You name it SO your line gets jammed with calls. So when you call my house again with a new number... BAM.... I'll just repeat it. I have nothing better to do cause I'm retired.
