I just received a call from Jim Cain with H&P Capital and he stated that I had had two claims against me as well and a claim was being filed against me in my hometown.  I called them back and requested he fax me something in writing to give me the exact amounts and he refused saying they didn't do anything of that nature.They are a collection agency using BAD scare tactics.  I then called the payday company it was in reference to and got the information I needed to take care of the account.

How do they get your number, and or say a work number? So is this a bill collector company?

THE CALLER ( WOMAN)SAID THEY HAD UNTIL 6 PM TONIGHT TO NOTIFY ME OF A CLAIM THAT HAS BEEN MADE AGAINST ME.  I HAD NO CLUE OF WHAT IT WAS THAT THEY WERE SAYING i WAS OWEING THEM AND WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS THEY SAID i WAS PLAYING DUMB " THE SUPERVISER" GOT ON AND SAID i WAS INTERUPTING HIM SO HE HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES WITHOUT ANSWERING ANY OF MY QUESTIONS.  THE FIRST TIME HE HUNG UP ON ME WAS WHEN I NOTIFIED HIM THAT HE WAS BEING RECORDED ( HE WASN'T ) BUT HE CONTINUED TO HANG UP KNOWING THAT WHAT HE WAS DOING WAS WRONG.

I received a call this morning from 904-672-1023 x 262 a Sara Young at H&P Capital.  Just to see who they were I called them back.  I spoke to everyone except Sara.  They were saying that a case has been filed on me in the town were I live in regards to ACE Cash Express Payday loan.  They wanted me to send them money via Money Gram (Receive code:  6768; Pay To: H&P Capital) and told me I had until 7 p.m. tonight to do this.  Since I do not know who these people are I told them I would call the company and deal with them directly.  The guy stated that if it is not done by this evening they will file legally.  This is bogus.  I am not sending them any money.  During the conversation the guy kept telling me GOOD LUCK.  This is insane.  I have taken care of the other info in a different way.
