These people keep calling my home and place of employment stating that i will be arrested if i do not come up with money to pay a payday loan.  I have filed bankruptcy on the 2 payday loan accounts i had and my atty states that this is contempt of court.  They are very rude and vulgar.

Just got a call from 904-672-1026 ex. 272 name Andrew Burk. Stated I or my legal rep.needed to contact  his office. Reguarding a legal matter and that I needed to understand my rights on this matter ( didn't say what matter).When he left his msg. I couldn't even really understand the company he was representing. What is going on? The company name he left sounded like HGT? like i said I'm not really sure because it wasn't clear.

I was receiving calls from Legal Mediation Practice last year (2008) with them making threats to have me arrested for a loan with paydayloanyes.... I told them that they were breaking numerous laws under the FDCPA... The girl at the time said no they weren't, good luck and hung up on me.... I didn't hear from them again for months. Now I'm getting phone calls from Ryan Drake with H&P Capital... I haven't called him back and do not intend to call him back. He will leave messages for me making threats and having a threatening tone. Little does he know I know what my rights are and this is a CIVIL matter not a CRIMINAL matter... I filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office and am just waiting to see what happens with that... In Virginia it is ILLEGAL to make threats of arrest for a payday loan being defaulted on.... When Legal Mediation Practice started all of those threats last year I called an investigator at the local sheriff's office since I worked with them on a daily basis and he said to tell them to go to h*ll because they don't deal with anything like that since it is a civil matter..

TO H&P CAPITAL - KEEP ON MAKING ILLEGAL THREATS TO PEOPLE AND YOU WILL FIND YOURSELVES OUT OF A JOB AND ON THE UNEMPLOYMENT LINE BECAUSE THE COMPANY WILL BE SHUT DOWN... OH WAIT - LOOKS LIKE YA'LL ARE BEING SUED ANYWAYS SO KEEP IT UP.... YOU WON'T BE IN BUSINESS MUCH LONGER ANYWAYS... WE THE PEOPLE THAT YOU ARE CALLING, HARRASSING AND THREATENING ARE STANDING UP AGAINST YA'LL AND WE ARE NOT GOING TO CONTINUE TO TAKE THE CRAP YOU LET ROLL OUT OF YOUR MOUTHS EVERY SINGLE DAY! A Jim King called my mother Who has nothing to do with pay day loan.  We live in other counties. And tells her There was an legall judgement in my favor in my city courts. So he was trying to get in touch with me.  He is in Florida. Not from my state. How he got my 85 years olds mothers name I don't know and that is not right to call and lie or try to invoule other pepole.He said he was from H pain ???something.

This place is pure b.s don't believe a word they say. They threatened me on a payday loan.  So I called the loan place to settle guess what they said? They said it went to the collection agency! Lawyer my a*s!
