Yeah, Cellular carriers offer something like a 90 day block for up to 5 numbers. After the 90 days, block them again, if need be.

Received call at 2:00 PM on my mobile phone. Only rang once. I did not answer. Caller left no message. I think this was the first call I received from this number.
