They call and hang up. there's no caller ID. I was trying to locate the calling company to file a lawsuit for violation of FCRA but the scumbugs are probably using a throwaway or calling from a foreign country. I have their number blocked so I dont get disturbed any loner. Called at 1736 hours again.

This is NOT a legitimate call. They're calling my CHILD'S number. They might be buying lists from somewhere, but they're not legit. The kid has no reason to put his number on any website, and rarely has interest in his phone, save for calling me to make sure he knows how he's getting home from school.

So save the "this is a legitimate call" spiel. Maybe you work for them, but I don't believe it for a minute. Quit calling minors, creeps.

This number comes up as being from Jacksonville Beach, FL. Because it is shown as being unknown name and number, we do not answer, but when the answering device answers, the caller immediately disconnects.  This is likely a solicitation call based on past experience.

You don't need to change your number. Just block that number and they can't get through to you. That's what I've done with them and another one that kept bugging the crap out of me!  Hope that's helpful. HAPPY NEW YEAR
