They show up as PCS and call my number every single day. I live in NY and this is a 904 area code and since I have no relations or friends there I don't answer. EVERY SINGLE DAY! So today I called them back and DEMANDED for them to remove my number and she said she would do no such thing so I threatened to press charges and hung up. I waited a few minutes and a young man answered and when I told him the same thing he said SHE had successfully removed my number from their calling list. I wrote the number down for now. They have a dialing system which will change by single digits every time you tell them to remove you so it's never completely the same number and therefore legally they haven't officially called you yet on that next number. Keep track of your numbers and if it doesn't stop you can still pursue them legally. I know I will, they are breaking the law. I don't talk to any of those people. Even M and T bank called from a 1 800 number to DISCUSS my account and wanted to UPDATE my address FIRST before they would tell me the reason for their call. When I called them back they were not aware for any account problems. Really?????? People beware. Also if they call about one person in this case the people who had my number before me, they will sometimes ask you for YOUR name. Don't do it! They are piecing you together. First your phone, then your name etc....Hope that helps!
