They are a scam!!!! They just called me and told me they had tried sending me certified mail, but it was returned. He told me he was going to have to transfer me to a Administrator so that they could update my information. I asked him what the name of his company was (because I missed it when he identified himself), and he said LDM Mediation. Fortunately, I have had several of these places call me before, did my research, and knew they were scanners because of others leaving comments with information on them. Do NOT give these people any information at all!! One place like this told me that I owed some company to some money, and that if I didn't make a full payment with them, or make payment arrangements with them, they were going to sign a warrant on me that day. I looked up the number, and a woman on that particular number had gotten scared, didn't do any research, and paid them $1,200. And didn't find out until after the fact. Please make sure you comment in this page, and tell others about it because it is a huge scam that has taken over, and there are so many different companies out there with this scam, and they call from every State and even 800 numbers.
