Says they are from the IRS and are filing a lawsuit that we need to return call ASAP

Yes, I got the same message on my house phone.  It's a SCAM believe me if IRS wanted to get hold of you they would do it by restricted US Mail not by leavin a message!!!  Seniors beware!!

Internal Revenue Service is the reason of this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 903-326-9521. I repeat 903-326-9521. Thank you.

I just received a phone call from a female automated caller saying the irs is suing me and that I need to call this phone number (903) 326-9521. I know that this is a scam and I will not fall for it, but I do worry about senior citizens falling prey to these scams!!

The callers are located in India or Pakistan and spoof local numbers.
