I just received a phone call from a female automated caller saying the irs is suing me and that I need to call this phone number (903) 326-9521. I know that this is a scam and I will not fall for it, but I do worry about senior citizens falling prey to these scams!!

Out of Area, recorded message says IRS is filing a lawsuit against me, and tells me to call them at that number. Ha!

I received a recorded message saying that they were the IRS and filing a lawsuit against me and to call them with any questions. Last fall I had a call again saying they were the IRS and the Sheriff was coming to my house to arrest me. That number was a New York area code. These people are horrible and should be stopped!
