This is a company that is trying to extort money from people.  I got a phone call from them and told me that I owed money for a payday loan and then he said that if I didn't pay the money back  ($1732.45) I would have 2 felony charges against me and that they could put me in jail for 180 days.  His name is Lester Williams who claims he is an investigator for this Mediation Company, he wouldn't give me the name of the payday loan place. He also threatens to turn me into the attorney generals office and tells me that I better get an attorney. This is a huge scam! I will be turning them into the attorney generals office and the BBB and the FBI as they have all of my identity, SS#, Bank# and address and phone number.

You really need to start doing your homework you need to report these people to the FCC and read up on debt collection process is on the FCC even if they are a true debt collector you have the right to tell them to stop calling your phone and to give it to you in writing if they continue to harass you you have the right to bring up legal charges on them furthermore nobody has the right to tell you that they are going to send a warrant to your rest over the phone especially with without written notice that you owe somebody you need to inform your family and friends of the same thing so that this does not happen to them

This is a scam no company is allowed to give out your personal information to anybody else on the phone without your prior authorization to do so it is highly illegal for them to tell somebody else that there is a warrant for your arrest or to tell you but there is a warrant for your arrest you have the right to tell them they can I contact you anymore if they continue to pursue the issue you have the right to bring them up on harassment charges also you need to file a complaint with the FCC and the FBI can do so by using their website
