This is a company that is trying to extort money from people.  I got a phone call from them and told me that I owed money for a payday loan and then he said that if I didn't pay the money back  ($1732.45) I would have 2 felony charges against me and that they could put me in jail for 180 days.  His name is Lester Williams who claims he is an investigator for this Mediation Company, he wouldn't give me the name of the payday loan place. He also threatens to turn me into the attorney generals office and tells me that I better get an attorney. This is a huge scam! I will be turning them into the attorney generals office and the BBB and the FBI as they have all of my identity, SS#, Bank# and address and phone number.

I asked what pay day loan, the loan you should have paid, but didn't.  A warrant  for your arrest will be issued. Then she hangs up. I called back someone else answers said this is Meditation, that is what she called the company. This person started screaming called me stupid, hung up. Tried calling back busy. I now have the BBB involved, the Attorney General involved. These people messed with the wrong person. Someone does that to me I get people involved.

I had this number call me this morning, I had to press 1 to connect to someone. They advised me I had a payday loan that went through my rushcard. That's not possible because this is for direct deposit and if I personally deposit money via western union or money gram. They did not ask for verification of my address social or anything. I know for a fact I've never done pay day loans! Beware!

Another day, another scammer. This is the second number that has left me the exact same voice message. I'll keep blocking, while I know they'll keep trying.

"This is Elliot Jacobs with mediation services. You have a pending case in our office that requires your immediate attention. It is imperative that I speak with you or your attorney of record today. My number is 859-904-2421. If I do not hear from you or your attorney I will document that you wave your right to counsel and submit your case. Govern yourself accordingly."

I received a call from the company today. Mediation services Jacob Elliot. The guy told me to pay $1200.00 today or a warrant will be issued and I will serve 180 days in jail. I asked him what loan he said from 3 years ago. I asked him when is the hearing and he said there is no hearing I have to pay or I will be going to jail. Then he hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Amber Grey and I asked her what is going on, she said she has to transfer me back to Bucannan ( the first gentlemen I guess). I was on hold for 10 mintues with no hold music, they put the phone on mute. I will be repoting this number.
